Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@colteva.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Once the return is received and inspected, we'll process a refund or replacement based on your preference.

Return Policy We only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. We're unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction after use.

Restocking Fee Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount upon processing.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt without proof of shipment.

Order Cancellations Cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing your order. Due to our fast processing times, we cannot guarantee cancellations after this window.

Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The order was undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • The refund request is submitted after 30 days from the purchase date
  • The item is returned without prior authorization from our support team
